What to Expect in Your First Session.

Show Up. Set Up. Get Ready.

Arrive 10 minutes early and check in with our team—we’re here to answer any questions and make sure you feel ready to go. Meet your ASND coach, get familiar with the space, and grab your spot on the gym floor. Then, it’s go time.

Session Flow

Warm-Up
Start with a
coach-led warm-up to activate your muscles and set you up for a strong performance throughout the session.


Main Session
Crush it with a combination of
strength training, endurance exercises, and functional movements to build lean muscle, improve cardio, and boost overall fitness. Prepare to challenge yourself and see results.

Finish Strong & Focused!

We’ve built in 10 minutes after each session for you to celebrate your progress with high fives and chat with your ASND coach about recovery, nutrition, and anything else that’ll help you crush your goals faster!
