Personal Training

Your coach will start by briefing you on the day’s workout, followed by a specific warm-up that highlights the key focuses and goals of the session.

You’ll then dive into the main workout, focusing on a mix of strength, skill, and mobility exercises. Throughout the session, your coach will guide you through proper techniques, adjust exercises to suit your needs, and provide support with weight selections and modifications.


Then it’s time to push your limits and elevate your fitness!

FIT

Fit sessions are aerobic biased sessions designed to improve your endurance. Our fit sessions will test and build your aerobic capacity through mixture of modalities.


What will a fit session look like?

HYROX

Hyrox sessions develop the requirements to compete in a hyrox competition, hyrox is a fitness race that requires a blend of running capacity and strength. We follow our own hyrox program prepping our members for official hyrox events and simulations we routinely host. Because we are affiliated, we also have early bird access to competitions giving our members a better chance at securing a place. You don’t have to compete or even want to compete in a hyrox event in order to still benefit from these classes.


What will a hyrox class look like


  1. Your coach will take you through the structure of the session along with key focus’s and objectives of the workout.

  2. Your coach will take you through the workout and assist you in optimising your performance with technique, transitions and more.

RUN CLUB

Monthly 5K Community Run



Once a month, we take our fitness outside the gym and into the fresh air with a fun and inclusive 5K run. Whether you’re an experienced runner or prefer to take a leisurely walk, everyone is welcome to participate—no matter your fitness level. Our monthly 5K is all about building community, staying active, and enjoying the support of like-minded people.


But it’s not just about the workout! After the run, we all gather for some well-deserved treats, with a coffee van and delicious pastries waiting for us at the finish line. It’s the perfect way to refuel, relax, and connect with fellow members, making it a social event as much as a fitness one. Come for the exercise, stay for the coffee and camaraderie!
