At ASND, we offer a diverse range of small group, coach-led classes designed to push your fitness to new heights. From functional fitness sessions to Hyrox classes and dedicated run clubs, there’s something for everyone, whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out. Our classes are focused on delivering high-quality coaching in an engaging, supportive environment where you’ll be challenged to improve both physically and mentally. We ensure that each class is structured to help you reach your individual goals, while also fostering a strong sense of community.
PERFORM
Perform classes are small group-coach led classes that follow our performance program. The objective of the performance program is to develop all facets of fitness including, strength, skill, mobility and aerobic capacity. Perform classes can be tailored to the individual making them accessible for anyone.
FIT
Fit Sessions are aerobic-focused workouts designed to build endurance through a mix of modalities. Each session starts with a coach briefing on the workout, then it's time to get moving. Expect a fun, high-energy session filled with high fives and fist bumps!
HYROX
Hyrox Sessions are designed to prepare you for Hyrox competitions, a fitness race blending running and strength. We follow a custom program to get members ready for official Hyrox events and simulations, which we routinely host. As an affiliate, we offer early access to competitions, though you don’t need to compete to benefit from the classes. Each session starts with a coach briefing on the workout's focus, followed by guidance to optimize performance through technique and transitions. Expect high fives and fist bumps to wrap it up!
RUN CLUB
Once a month, we take our fitness outside the gym with a community 5k run. Whether you prefer to run or walk, everyone is welcome to join and be part of the fun. It’s not just about the exercise – it’s about connecting with others and enjoying the camaraderie. After the run, we gather for coffee and pastries from a local coffee van, making it a great way to refuel, socialize, and celebrate our efforts together.
